  • Familiar Face Re-Joins Lady Tiger Team

December 7 is a very memorable day for a lot of people from the WWII generation.  For Kim Kamp, December 7, 2012 is a day she will never forget.  On that night in Tennessee, Kim jump stopped to attempt a shot and her knee buckled.  Unfortunately for her, she tore her ACL and her freshman season was over.  After a long rehabilitation process, Kim has rejoined the Lady Tigers for the remainder fo the 2014 season.

Kim, a 5-8 guard, was leading the Lady Tigers in scoring at 13.4 ppg at the time of her injury and was shooting a blistering 43% from the 3 point line.  She will add another scoring punch to the Tiger lineup.

"It has been a long road back," Kim said about her return.  "It has been hard to be away from basketball for so long and I am looking forward to re-joining my teammates."
