2013 Cross Country Year-End Award Winners
Trenton Loomis joined cross country having never been on a team before. He had many good races throughout the year and finished of his season with a half marathon. For this, he has been awarded the "Most Improved" award for the cross country team this past season.
Liz Pedersen received the Tiger Award for the 2013 cross country season. Coach Stowers on why Liz received this award: “Liz received the Tiger award for her enthusiastic, encouraging leadership as the team captain for this year. Liz graduated this year! Congratulations!”
Josie Lange earned the most valuable runner award for the 2013 cross country season. Lange qualified for the NCCAA National Invitational this fall at Cedarville University, where she ran a personal best time of 20:59, and placed in the top ten (9th) out of NCCAA DII women’s runners.
