Bachelor of Music Degrees

The Bachelor of Music degree is awarded upon satisfactory completion of four years of prescribed academic work and is designed to prepare students for a career in worship arts or worship media. In keeping with the mission of Grace Bible College, the Music Division seeks to fulfill the following objectives:

1. Introduce students to the body of musical information including the essential concepts and skills required to comprehend the discipline.

2. Introduce students to the practical applications and ministry attitudes associated with authentic Christian worship involving the arts.

3. Transfer to students the ownership of competent skills necessary to read, hear, evaluate, arrange, compose, perform and lead music/worship effectively and inspirationally.

4. Transform students into mature practitioners and leaders of excellent music and quality, Christ-centered worship.

Worship Arts
The Bachelor of Music in Worship Arts is designed to prepare students for a career in the music ministry of the church through the development of the student’s musical gifts and abilities and by equipping them to lead rich and effective worship.

Worship Media
The Bachelor of Music in Worship Media is designed to prepare students in the music/media ministry of the church through the development of the student’s musical gifts and abilities and by equipping them to produce effective media content.
