McCord's Double-Double leads to Victory
The Lady Tigers rebounded from the tough OT loss the night before and came out on fire. With a strong 20 points in the first quarter the Lady Tigers continued shooting strong to increase their lead to 48-38 at half lead by McKenzie McCord's double-double. The second half maintained in control of the Lady Tigers leading to a 81-66 win.
Grace was lead in scoring by Anna Iwaniw with 21 points followed by Abby Schultz with 19, Kitty Yanik 14, McKenzie McCord 11, Jewel Ro 10, Brittany Summerfield 4, Stella Follett 2.
McKenzie McCord lead the team with 11 assists, and Abby Schultz and Jewel Ro added in 5 a piece. Leading the Tigers in rebounding were Kitty Yanik with 7, followed by Jewel Ro with 6, Anna Iwaniw 5, Abby Schultz 4, and McKenzie McCord 4.
Tomorrow the Lady Tigers take on Emmaus Bible College at 10:00am looking avenge Thursday's OT loss. Full Article >
